1-PLY
One layer of casing fabric wrapped from bead to bead. Utilizing a balanced, robust 60TPI casing. Our 60TPI construction combines exceptional ride quality with outstanding durability, ideal for Transit, non-competitive road use, XC and trail applications. One layer of casing fabric wrapped from bead to bead. Utilizing a finer 120TPI fabric and using less rubber. A 1-ply casing conforms well to the terrain and is lighter weight, making the tyre more supple and faster rolling with improved traction. Ideal for competitive road, gravel, XC and trail applications. Found within our range of MTB tyres, two layers of casing fabric are used from bead to bead. Our 2x60TPI construction combines additional protection and sidewall stiffness with outstanding durability, ideal for downhill applications. A 2x120TPI casing conforms well to the terrain and is lighter weight, making the tyre more supple and faster rolling with improved traction and high durability, ideal for enduro applications.
