TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT The below outlines United Learning’s normal terms of conditions of employment. The finaldetailedtermsandconditionsaresubjectto agreement between United Learning and the successful candidate and will be reflected in the formal employment contract. EMPLOYER: United Church Schools Trust. POSITION: Estates Manager – Independent Schools. REPORTING LINE: HeadofEstates. . LOCATION: Home Based with regular attendance at London, or such other nearby place operated by United Learning or to which the Central Office may relocate. HOLIDAYS : 30 days per annum, plus bank holidays. Four days of the annual leave entitlement are to be taken over the Christmas and New Year period. PENSION SCHEME: The Estates Manager - Independent Schools will be eligible to join United Learning’s contributory pension scheme, which at present is with Legal & General.
