Knowledge of NHS Capital Investment Manual. Knowledge of industry standard building construction contracts and ability to effectively manage contractual relationships with contractor and consultants Knowledge and experience of relevant health and safety legislation and in particular the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations. Knowledge of NHS and OJEU procurement regulations and NHS consultant and contractor frameworks Knowledge and understanding of Health Building Notes (HBNs) and Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs) Knowledge of national NHS strategy and policy. Knowledge of current planning legislation and building regulations.
