With more than a decade of experience handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, Spencer Diebel is a skilled real estate attorney. Spencer frequently handles 1031 exchange transactions and works closely with local government representatives to ensure real estate development projects proceed as smoothly as possible, with the support needed to be successful. Jonathan Farrokhnia’s practical style and deep understanding of business dynamics enables him to deliver actionable advice and effective solutions that align with clients’ business goals. He frequently represents private equity firms in the purchase and sale of portfolio companies, developers, purchasers and sellers of renewable energy projects, venture capital firms and early-stage issuers, public and private companies in securities offerings and public companies in securities law compliance and corporate governance issues.

David Arvesen prepares and prosecutes domestic and international patent applications in a variety of technical areas, including computer hardware and software, telecommunications, HVAC systems, semiconductor devices and fabrications, robotics and appliances.
