Knowing that he wanted to become a lawyer from a very young age, Brandon enjoys tackling the variety of legal issues that arise in his general litigation practice. He has experience with a wide range of commercial contract disputes, as well as health care litigation and government investigations arising from the False Claims Act related to fraud and abuse, billing, marketing and other regulatory allegations. During law school, Brandon interned for the Federal Public Defender, Northern District of Texas, and prior to law school, he served as a legislative intern in the Texas Senate.

As a commercial litigator, Sven Stricker represents clients in both state and federal courts, with a focus on Texas-based individuals and businesses. His practice covers a broad range of commercial litigation and related matters, guiding clients through trials, arbitration and appeals. Sven’s experience spans areas such as construction and real estate disputes, employment litigation, administrative disputes, insurance coverage and intellectual property. Sven enjoys assisting clients from diverse industries, bringing both adaptability and creativity to each matter. With a background in data, statistics and economics, he applies his “hyper-analytical” mindset to deliver quick, yet well-considered action in high-pressure situations. Greg Nieman is a dedicated advocate who is committed to effective communication and client satisfaction. As a litigation associate, he has experience handling cases involving breach of contract, fraud, shareholder disputes, fiduciary claims, consumer protection, employment disputes, premises liability and construction defects. He has represented companies in a variety of industries, including advertising, real estate, construction, retail and hospitality. Prior to joining private practice, Greg served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Justice Shawn A. Womack of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Additionally, he clerked for a pro bono litigation firm that works to advance constitutional rights and individual liberties in state and federal courts throughout the country. These experiences have provided him with great insights into judicial decision-making and successful litigation tactics. Using her legal knowledge to be a diligent and compassionate advocate, Kate Rosenow is an associate in Bell Nunnally’s litigation practice, where she focuses on complex commercial disputes. Kate attended The University of Texas School of Law where she was the Publishing Editor of the American Journal of Criminal Law, and she helped launch and develop the Texas Health Law Society. During law school, Kate interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Texas, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Dallas District.
