The project enhances the scope and quality of comprehensive healthcare services and brings additional economic and quality-of-life benefits to the communities Mountainside Medical Center serves. Jon Hanson, James Han- son II , and John Durso from The Hampshire Companies and Jeff Sica of Circle Squared Alternative Investments were joined by top local and hos- pital officials to celebrate the milestone event including John Fromhold, FACHE, CEO of Mountainside Medical Center,
Robert Garrett, CEO of Hack- ensack Meridian Health, , Da- vid Vandewater, CEO of Ardent Health Services, Frank Fekete, Chairman of the Hackensack Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center Joint Venture Board, Tim O’Brien, COO of Mountainside Medical Center, Glen Ridge Mayor Stuart K. Patrick, and Montclair Mayor Robert Jackson. The state-of-the-art facility will provide increased access to quality care for the community providing a home for a vari- ety of Hackensack Meridian Health’s specialty groups at Mountainside Medical Center including obstetrics and gy- necology, internal medicine, family medicine, urology, gen- eral surgery, cardiology, ortho- pedics, ENT, pulmonary, GI, endocrinology, pediatrics and pediatric subspecialists from the John Sanzari Children’s Hospital at Hackensack Uni- versity Medical Center. “As I stand next to this com- pleted building, we are honored to have had the opportunity to partner with Hackensack Meridian Health’s executive leadership team, the towns of Glen Ridge and Montclair, and the numerous project partners involved in bringing this vision- ary project to fruition,” said James Hanson II, president and CEO of The Hampshire Companies. “Through creating a home for a wide array of in- demand primary and specialty healthcare services, this project stands as a testament to the powerful impact that respon- sible, strategic commercial real estate investments can make in our local communities.” “Circle Squared, and our investors, are incredibly proud and humbled to have had the opportunity to work with our partners on an important proj- ect such as this,” said Jeff Sica, president and CEO of Circle Squared Alternative In- vestments. “There’s incredible potential when combining the power of private, commercial real estate investment dol- lars with the forward-looking advancements and overall ex- pansion needs of today’s medi- cal institutions.
