In 2024, we continued to build on our legacy of excellence, successfully delivering a wide range of projects and initiatives that demonstrate our commitment to quality, safety, innovation, and compassion.
Here are some fun facts, key metrics, and stats that shaped our year!
“The only way to do great work is to truly love what you do, and the best way to predict the future is to build it!” As we begin 2025, I reflect on what was truly another exceptional year for our company in 2024. We continue to break financial records, which is a testament to our team’s relentless commitment to excellence. However, what excites me most is not just the numbers but the progress we made in areas that often go unnoticed yet are integral to our long-term success. Our team has been nothing short of extraordinary. A standout accomplishment worth mentioning was the launch of our new project management software, Autodesk Build & PowerBI; both are critical steps in staying ahead of industry advancements. These systems will prove to be more efficient and organized and help us face any challenge the future may hold. We’ve also embraced use of artificial intelligence in multiple departments, allowing us to streamline daily tasks, boost productivity, and maintain our competitive edge.

Our multi-family housing sector continues to experience impressive growth, with nearly 40% year- over-year expansion. This success speaks to the strength of our market positioning, the quality of our work, and our ability to adapt to industry needs. In 2024 we completed some truly remarkable projects that showcase the talent and dedication of our team. Some of these include Hotel Cleveland, Porsche Beachwood, Woodhill Homes (Multiple Phases), Two & Company, the Davey Tree SEED Campus, and the Scranton Peninsula Site Development Project, among many others. Each of these projects was brought to life through a combination of creativity, skill, and collaboration. Of course, none of this would be possible without the passion and dedication of our people. As I’ve always said, we are successful because of our team. Our company culture is reflected in how our employees interact with each other as well as with our clients & associates.
