“Our team was extremely busy in 2024. We completed a state-of-the-art Porsche dealership for Penske Automotive Group, and as a testament to our team’s exceptional performance, we’ve already been invited to take on additional projects with Penske in the Detroit area. We also made significant progress on our student housing project at Purdue University, which is on track for completion in the summer of 2025.
