Thomas Hamblen ’16, ’17 and his wife, Rebekah, live in Geneseo, New York. Thomas is the associate pastor at Cornerstone Baptist Church, focusing on discipleship and outreach. They have a one- year-old son, Nathanael.

Timothy ’17 and Camryn (Berna ’17) Kitchen reside in Michigan, where Timothy is an associate pastor at Berlin Baptist Church in Marne. He shepherds the youth, leads music for the church services, and heads the Christian Education Team. They have two children: Elijah (4) and Oliver (2). Carolyn (Bidding ’17) Templin is married to Caleb, and they live in Pennsylvania. Carolyn is a stay-at-home mom to their son, Ezra (1). At church, she is involved in youth ministry, the worship team, and missions.

Andrew ’12 and Kayla (Schenke ’12) Walts reside in the Adirondacks, New York, where Andrew works as a financial advisor at TD Wealth. They have two children: Jet (9) and Joey (7). The couple is currently in the process of a lengthy international adoption, which they hope to finalize this year. Andrew also serves as the Upward Basketball director at New Hope Community Church, while Kayla is involved in children’s ministry at New Hope. Mary (Anthony ’13) Lippert is married to Allen, and they are the parents of twin boys, Levi and Owen (7 months). They live in Michigan, where Mary works at Albion College as the assistant barn manager. Karen “Ellie” (Kubacki ’14) Steltz and her husband, David, live in Upstate New York, where Ellie is a stay-at-home mom to their three children: Eden (3), Asher (2), and Olive (6 months).

“I have wonderful memories of my year at WOLBI, where the Lord worked in my life to

establish and strengthen my faith as my own rather than emulating the faith of my parents. It was a year of some difficulties and trials as the only student from the Bahamas and one of the youngest students on campus, but God in His sovereignty used it all to work greatly in my life and bring me to a deeper knowledge of Himself and His Word.”

Micah ’09 and Danielle ’09 Hayre live in Vermont and have two sons: Jaydan (14) and Jethro (13). Micah is a Christian school principal, and Danielle is a Christian school teacher. 2010s Jeff ’08, ’10, and Shion (Mitsuhashi ’09, ’10) Hartzle r live in Pennsylvania, where Jeff is an electrical project manager. They have four children: Shua (9), Kai (7), Ena (5), and Keia (2). At church, Jeff serves as a deacon and in the music ministry.
