How would you describe your leadership style, and how would you apply this to support and inspire multi-professional teams delivering palliative and end-of-life care at Ayrshire Hospice? 1. What do you believe are the key elements in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for patients and families in a hospice setting, and how would you work with colleagues to ensure these are consistently achieved? 2.
Please be advised we plan to undertake behavioural assessment as part of this process.

Recruitment process: Interviews are likely to be held on Thursday 10th April
