Thanks to our state-of-the-art, fully automated orbital tig welder designed specifically for hygienic purged welds, we can fabricate custom hygienic tubes or fittings to meet any functional requirement, while ensuring the highest cleanliness standards.
Polish and cleanliness We are committed to the highest quality standards and to offering the best products for each application, in the interests of our customers. Complementing our product range, our full cleaning service for all finished hose assemblies or fittings includes cleaning for oxygen applications for ultra clean environments. Moreover, to meet the requirements of particular ultra clean applications, our polishing service for fittings can achieve a surface finish as smooth as 0.2Ra.
Testing and traceability All hose assemblies are 100% hydrostatically pressure tested and certified to 1.5x working pressure as standard. On top of that, our full range of NDT (non-destructive tests) include dye penetrative testing of welds, radiography tests of full penetration welds, air/nitrogen/helium under water testing and more. When requested, 3.1 material certifications can be supplied for all components used in the manufacture of our hose assemblies. This can also be backed up and confirmed with our Positive Material Identifier, which can produce additional certifications confirming the chemical composition of all metal components used in the manufacture of the hose assembly.
