This program is no longer dependent upon the referred agent closing their first sale at Fathom. Terms and conditions apply, subject to change. Effective date for the program is January 1, 2022. The program resets January 1, 2023. Stock grant incentives apply to all referred agents onboarded from January 1 through December 31, 2022. Referrals for agents onboarded in 2022 will be rewarded under the 2022 Agent Referral Stock Program. Team Leaders referring agents to their team will be awarded $500 in stock grants for each team member hired. These team member referrals do not count toward the tiers.
