1. Equipment Needed: 2 x Midas HD96-24-CC-TP Digital Consoles 2 x Klark Teknik DN9680 Multiplexers 6 x Midas DL231 Microphone Splitter I/O Boxes CAT5e STP cabling 2. Console Connection: Each HD console connects via the HyperMac snake connection to the DN9680 multiplexer using two single CAT5e cables. The DN9680s then distribute 192 bidirectional channels to 8 x AES50 ports per multiplexer. 3. DL231 Microphone Splitter Connection: The DN9680s connect to the DL231 I/O Boxes. Six of these I/O boxes are used to split and distribute audio signals, ensuring that each console receives the inputs it needs.
