Growing Family Leave rag & bone advocates for its employee’s growing family and recognizes that employees may need to take time off from work to care for their newborn or the placement of their adopted or foster child. Please refer to the U.S. Parental Leave Policy for more information and eligibility

Compassionate Leave

Any parent that loses a child during pregnancy is eligible for paid leave. Please contact the People Team for more information.

Short-Term Disability Short-term Disability (STD) replaces 60% of your earnings up to $2,308 per week for 12 weeks if you are unable to work as a result of a non-work-related illness lasting more than 10 consecutive days. Benefits under the rag & bone STD plan will be paid after a 7-day elimination period and reduced by any statutory benefits, if applicable.

Long-Term Disability

Long-term Disability (LTD) pays you a portion of your income if you are unable to work for more than 90 days because of an injury or illness. LTD replaces 60% of your earnings to a maximum monthly benefit of $10,000 until you reach the normal Social Security age.
