Eligibility

rag & bone employees, that work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for core, employer-paid & voluntary benefits. As a new hire, these benefits are effective on the 1 st of the month following your date of hire.

Dependents •

Legal spouse or domestic partner*

• Dependent children under age 26, if they are your biological child(ren), stepchild(ren), legally adopted child(ren), child(ren) for whom you or your spouse are a legal guardian, or children of your domestic partner • Physically or mentally disabled children of any age who are incapable of self-support** *Domestic Partners are not the same as a legal spouse and will be required to complete a Domestic Partner Affidavit. Imputed Income may apply. **Proof of disability must be provided. Mid-year changes Changes can only be made during the Open Enrollment period or within 30 days of experiencing a Qualifying Life Event (QLE).

Examples of a QLE are:

Loss/gain of health coverage Changes in the household including marriage, divorce and/or the birth of a child Turning 26 years of age/aging out of your parent's benefits plan Inform the People Team of your QLE within 30 calendar days by sending an email to PeopleSupport@rag- bone.com.
