ADVERSE WEATHER ARRANGEMENT 惡劣天氣下的特別安排
如在展覽會開放前懸掛熱帶氣旋警告信號（8號或以上），展覽會將暫時關閉 。 In the case that a Pre-No. 8 (or above) Special Announcement or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 (or above) is issued before the opening of the show, the event will remain closed. 當香港天文台發出八號預警，展覽會將於兩小時後關閉，並請現場參展商及參觀人士盡快離開會 場。所有櫃檯會停止服務，亦不會接受入場（主辦單位將似乎情況調節實際關閉時間）。 Should the Pre-No. 8 (or above) Special Announcement and Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 (or above) be issued during the opening hours of the event, at which point the Organizer will announce the event will be closed in two hours. The registration counter will be closed immediately, and no further admissions will be allowed (Exact closing time is subject to the discretion of the Organizer). 當香港天文台於下午2時或之前取消八號預警，展覽會將會在信號取消兩小時後重開。參展商應各 自前往場地準備開放入場。 If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 (or above) is cancelled on or before 2:00 p.m., exhibitors shall go to the exhibition hall for preparation and the Show will be re-opened two hours after the cancellation. 香港天文台於下午2時或之後取消八號預警，展覽會維持關閉。 If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 (or above) is cancelled after 2:00 p.m., the Show will remain closed. 當香港天文台於開放時間發出黑色暴雨警告，展覽將維持開放；以安全起見，主辦單位亦鼓勵參 加者留在場內。 If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during the operating hour of the Show, the Show will remain opened. Exhibitors and visitors are encouraged to stay in the exhibition hall for their own safety.
