Before you start your training, we’ll help you choose your rst seat. Then, once you’ve completed your induction, you’ll get stuck in.
Mid-way through your rst seat, we’ll ask you where you’d like to spend seats two, three and four.
In your third seat, you could spend six months in one of our international o ces. Or sharpen up your commercial edge in a client’s in-house legal team.
In the nal months of your training, you should already have an inkling of where you might want to qualify. We’ll work with you to help you nd an opportunity that suits your skills, interests and our business needs.
Once you qualify, you can begin to explore further development opportunities. Our foundation programme, for instance, o ers intensive, practice-speci c training courses.
