Choosing your seats Here’s how it works: you’ll do four six-month seats across our broad range of practice groups. Two seats will be in our corporate and ¿nance group, and another in one of our litigation teams, as these are where we have most of our quali¿cation vacancies. For your third or fourth seat, you’ll also have the chance to do an international or client secondment. We do things collaboratively here, so we’ll ask you where you’d like to work and then create a seat plan that takes your preferences into account, alongside the needs of our business. Whichever path you take, you’ll discover the ins and outs of our fascinating world – and your place within it.
