service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at more than $2.5 billion, has unveiled its newly renovated company headquarters located at 22 Maple Avenue in Morristown, N.J., whichwill house the com- pany’s investment and finance platform, and has announced the addition of five new staff members. Undertaking an ap- proximately year-long renova- tion, Hampshire transformed the existing space, preserving the original building’s charm and character while creating a sustainable, modern work- space conducive to today’s business environment. Hampshire partnered with Kohn Pederson Fox, an in- ternational architectural firm recognized for design excellence and innovation in its buildings throughout the world, to design the interior of its new headquarters space. The company also engaged DS&D, a building interior so- lutions company, to implement creative workspace design features including collabora- tive work stations, inspiring meeting rooms and creative solutions. Designed to foster collaboration and growth, the shared office space features an open, inviting floor plan with 40 work stations. To accommodate staff ’s various needs and work styles, the space also features a Town Hall meeting space, two main conference rooms and four meeting rooms, one of which is designated a quiet room, and another designed for smaller conference calls. To provide staff with access to the best resources available, the building is equipped with the latest in technology, including interactive ēno boards from PolyVision and Steelcase me- dia:scapes, and features a full resource room offering a wide range of sources and tools. In line with Hampshire’s green initiatives, the building will be LEED Silver Certified and is designed to be sensitive to the neighborhood and its surrounding natural environ- ment. “When we began to develop plans for the new headquar- ters space, we focused on creative interior solutions that would help us increase productivity, foster collabora-
