Dean Tselepis and Jerry Putterman , directors with newmark Grubb Knight Frank (nGKF) Retail , repre- sented ownership, Laganella Property Management , in the transaction. Jeremy Ezra of RKF represented MG+BW. “This transaction repre- sents a significant outpost for MG+BW,” Tselepis reports. “This is a prime location in Paramus, which boasts the highest-traffic retail corridor in the state. The Paramus market has one of the largest concen- trations of shopping centers and enclosed malls in the U.S. It is a true retail destination area.” “Laganella is redeveloping this into a first-class shop- ping center,” adds Putterman. “This is a well-respected local developer that has been rede- veloping older properties in CHADDS FORD, PA — Glen Eagle Square announced the forthcoming opening of three new retailers, growth reflecting the properties dy- namic retail and dining mix which has added seven new merchants this year alone. The newly-announced open- ings include Athleta and Pet Valu, both opening in Novem- ber. Athleta will occupy 5,100 s/f, with Pet Valu occupying 3,200 s/f. Additionally, the
