On/Off | Small Valves | Easy Connect PUSH-TO-CONNECT VALVES

Our reliable and efficient 3/8” Push-To-Connect Valves are fit with a collet gripper, Viton O-Ring and plastic body with stainless steel teeth for easy manual assembly. Simply pushing a tube into the Valve creates a leak-proof connection for your project. These Valves can fit onto a wide variety of equipment thanks to their plastic half-cartridges that require low insert loads.

HOW TO MAKE A STANDARD CONNECTION

1. CUT THE TUBE SQUARE Cut the tube square on end, and remove burrs and sharp edges.

Available on all styles of TIR On/Off low-flow, small Solenoid Valves and some 3-Way low-flow Valves including: SV.2201A.WP (Spade, WP, EMI & E-Chip)

2. PUSH UP TO TUBE STOP Push square end of tube into the tting.

3. PULL TO CHECK IF SECURE Pull on the tubing to check that the connection is secure.

The collet gripper has stainless steel teeth which hold the tube in position while the O-ring provides a leak-proof seal

4. TO DISCONNECT

Depressurize the system. Push the collet square against the tting. With the collet square held in position, the tube can be removed.
