STRATEGIC PLANNING GRAPHIC FACILITATION WORKSHOP

Pre-Work Activities

Dear Shangri-La Leaders,

“Building a visionary company requires one percent vision and 99 percent alignment” – Jim Collins and Jerry Porras, Built to Last

Warm greetings from SLIM Dubai.

Soon we will be getting together to conduct a really important task: to design the future strategy of your hotel , and the steps to materialise the strategy into successful outcomes.

During the two days of the workshop, we will be:

• Exploring the current reality of the hotel performance. • Identifying a future vision that represents the direction for all teams to follow. • Designing strategic pillars to materialise the vision into actionable plans. • Allocating strategic teams to drive this future direction in the hotel. • Reflecting on the skills and capabilities demonstrated by Strategic Thinkers.

In preparation for the workshop, you are kindly requested to complete the pre-work activities outlined in this document.

Also, further information regarding logistical requirements for this event are explained for your consideration and planning.

Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to meeting you all in person and to have a successful workshop.
