THE BRIEF

H ale and their client Rainham Steel require a high quality CGI to market their proposed multi-unit industrial scheme. The view would be a photomontage based on aerial photography of the site, either using bing maps as backdrop or using alternative, possibly commissioned, photography. There are two design options for the site (see below) and Hale would like options for visualising one or both of these options.
