The F325iT-L, which is suitable for producing steel frames for residential construction, has a footplate of no more than 4m x 0.8m (13’ x 3’) and a height of around 1.2m (4.0’) for the main body Impressive production rates Seeing it in action is even more impressive and you will struggle not to be both impressed and amazed at just how clever this machinery is. It can take a roll of 21-18 gauge (0.75mm – 1.22mm) cold-formed steel (CFS) and produce profiles (individual elements of the steel frame) with a width of between 63mm – 150mm (2.5” – 6.0”) at a rate of 300m/hr (985’ ft/hr) for joists and 700m/hr (2,300ft/hr) for wall panels. Digital Instruction The purchaser of a FrameUpNow steel-frame skeleton also buys a set of digital instructions for the manufacture of the steel frame.
