The FrameUpNow Tiny Home Series is a collection of Tiny Homes or useful buildings, all based on a 16’ x 24’ f 2 / 4.9m x 7.3m foundation. Tiny Home models include the Cabin/Cottage, Garden House, Man Cave, She Shed, Shop and Garage. Roof pitches are 10/12, 4/12, Flat Modern, or Flat with Parapet walls. The 10/12 pitch provides ample head room to accommodate a 12’ x 16’ f 2 loft. A roof pitch is the steepness of a roof expressed as a ratio of inch(es) rise per horizontal foot (or metric equivalent).
• Sizes range from 384 f 2 to 576 f 2 / 35.7 m 2 to 53.5 m 2 .
• All models are available on a nominal 6 or 4-inch exterior wall panel.
