Shangri - La Care is not just our greatest value but our commitment towards our guests and most importantly our Colleagues. Over the next few weeks our focus is how to get back to the Hotel, get together, work on the plans and new SOP ’ s all through Shangri - La Care guidelines. With that we will be sending you the new standards one step at a time so that when we reunite we create one Shangri - La Care Family with one Shangri - La Care direction toward our guests.
