The table below clarifies the labeling we use on the right column of each catalog page.

Cleanroom Classification: Within each garment style, items are divided in the following order:

Garment is not free of viable or non-viable particulates

Any application not requiring aseptic requirements or cleanroom requirements

Non-Clean

Clean

Garment is free of non-viable particulates

Cleanrooms

Non-Sterile

Garment is not free of viable particulates Garment is sterile and free of viable particulates Garment is free of non-viable particulates and sterile Garment is free of non-viable particulates, but not sterile Garment is not free of non-viable particulates but is free of viable particulates Garment is not free of either viable or non- viable particulates

Cleanrooms or non-clean applications Aseptic operations not concerned with non- viable particulates
