Community Engagement - COVID-19 To demonstrate our gratitude to frontline workers and hospitals, we contributed much-needed personal protective equipment (PPE) to fight against COVID-19: • Our Indianapolis, Indiana, manufacturing facility donated 100,000 bottles of hand sanitizer to frontline workers Approximate Value $36,770 • Our Coal City, Illinois, manufacturing facility donated their time to package bulk hand sanitizer into two million 32 oz. bottles for Houston Hospital Approximate Value $1.1 MM

PLZ Corp will seek to continue to engage and support our local communities by:
• Creating a Community Giving Program with charitable contributions offered to local communities
• Developing a dedicated People Committee at every manufacturing facility
