PLZ ESG REPORT 2021 RESULTS
OUR PEOPLE | EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
During the COVID-19 pandemic, it was imperative to keep our employees safe and healthy, both inside and outside of work. PLZ Corp responded by offering various COVID vaccine incentives to workers and hosting onsite vaccination clinics. Our Canadian operations also obtained rapid antigen test kits, which were used to assess potential worker exposure and prevent workplace transmission. Finally, in 2020, PLZ Corp implemented an annual employee satisfaction survey to help us gather critical feedback, hear concerns, gather questions, and explore opportunities to do better. Now that we have our baseline metrics, we will focus on consistent improvement.
FORWARD-LOOKING GOALS
PLZ Corp will continue to strive to increase overall employee engagement by:
• Conducting an employee survey in 2022 and utilizing the data to create action plans across the organization to increase employee engagement
• Achieving improvement in our employee satisfaction rate
