BUSINESS VALUES & PRINCIPLES
Our compliance assurance efforts are aligned with our risk profile and our commitment to put the safety of our workforce first. Our primary areas of focus are EHS compliance and product compliance for our branded and private label products. Each of our manufacturing facilities receives comprehensive EHS assessments every two years. Each finding is recorded, tracked to closure, and reported to PLZ Corp leadership. We also complete comprehensive EHS assessments with each new acquisition to identify gaps in compliance with safety and environmental requirements. These assessments have greatly elevated the EHS compliance and safety of the workplace for the companies we have acquired. PLZ Corp has a team of regulatory specialists who follow the everchanging rules and regulations concerning product labeling or contents. We work with customers to reformulate products or modify labels in accordance with new laws or regulations well in advance of the effective date.
FORWARD-LOOKING GOALS
PLZ Corp will seek to improve upon our existing business ethics platform through the achievement of the following goals:
• Launching annual business ethics training for employees at all levels
• Soliciting employee feedback on PLZ Corp’s performance in key ethical categories through our anonymous employee survey
