Customer & Supplier Privacy Mitigating risks. We take great care in managing risks related to the collection, retention, and use of sensitive, confidential, and/or proprietary information belonging to PLZ Corp or its customers or suppliers. Consequently, PLZ Corp clearly outlines in our Employee Handbook strict protocols and obligations for managing and protecting confidential and proprietary information during and after everyone’s service with our company. We require all employees to acknowledge their obligations outlined in the PLZ Corp Employee Handbook via signature.
PLZ Corp updated and redistributed our Employee Handbook in 2021 and in it we highlighted a clause specific to customer confidentiality.
FORWARD-LOOKING GOALS
PLZ Corp will continue to maintain proper oversight of all customer and supplier data to ensure privacy. We have a near-term goal of:
• Incorporating customer privacy reminders in our annual business ethics employee trainings. These trainings will be required to be completed by all levels of PLZ Corp employees annually with completions rates tracked.
