Appendix 2 – PLZ Corp Alignment with United Nations SDGs PLZ Corp has aligned some of our goals with seven United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and we will commit to communicating goal progress through our annual ESG reports. Below is a summary of our current actions, goals, and commitments which support the achievement of these SDGs.
Prioritize, incentivize, and reward safety and wellbeing for employees
Goal to reduce our Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions from energy consumption per unit of product produced by15% by 2025 (company-wide, from baseline year 2021) Goal to develop a water use profile with intent to reduce our overall wastewater where possible Goal to develop baseline waste metrics with intent to reduce our overall waste to landfill and increase diversion and recycling programs.

Protected our employees through the COVID-19 pandemic, including offering incentives to employees for vaccinations Donated labor and supplies, such as hand sanitizers, to first responders Proactively reformulate products to eliminate higher risk chemicals or reduce environmental impact ahead of any regulations
Engage all our employees around various Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) topics via our PLZ Corp e-pamphlets
Maintain unwavering ethical standards for employees and business partners Ensure responsible business management practices through good corporate governance and vigorous attention to compliance

Empower women through various internal programs and external partnerships
