Launching in January of 2024, this 6-month program in partnership with Biocom California Institute provides college seniors and recent graduates the opportunity to be exposed to differing career opportunities in the thriving life science industry. Fellows participate in various events including professional development training with industry professionals, networking events, industry tours, and one-to-one meetings with carefully matched mentors. Madison immersed herself in hands-on laboratory experiences, contributing to the organization’s thriving incubator ecosystem. Her time at ULP wasn’t just a job—it was the catalyst to her future. Graduating from Berkeley with a B.S. in Environmental Science, Madison is currently pursuing her master’s at UCLA in Environmental Health and Industrial Hygiene. Her dedication to creating healthy and safe work environments is rooted in the lessons learned at ULP, where she understood the vital importance of caring for employees and ensuring their safety.
