The California Employment Training Panel (ETP) offers funding to help employers upgrade their workers’ skills, leading to better-paying, long-term jobs. This opportunity helps companies strengthen their competitiveness by offsetting some of the costs of job skills training and upscaling for employees. ULP acts as a multiple employer consortium (MEC) for high-priority sector companies in the Southern California region, enabling them to receive ETP reimbursement for developing a competitive workforce.
