How Do I Place An Order?
We recommend placing orders through our website at: don.com. The website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can research items, place orders, set up a favorites list for faster ordering, or ask questions about products or orders. You can register by simply e-mailing us at don.com, or by calling 800.777.4366. Orders/Quotes should be placed or requested through the DON Customer Service Representative assigned to your account. The number to call is 800.777.4366. Orders may also be faxed to 877.428.3240. DON Direct Customer Service personnel are always available to assist in order placement or to answer any questions related to this program. DON Direct has online access to all pertinent information such as item selection, pricing, order placement or order tracking. The DON Direct department is staffed Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Time Zone).
What is My Price?
All prices have been agreed upon for every item sold by Edward Don & Company. Current pricing can always be obtained by contacting your DON Direct Representative. Pricing will be updated monthly to reflect manufacturer’s price increases or decreases.
What Is DON’s Minimum Order Size?
DON has a $_______ minimum order policy for all stock orders. Non-stock merchandise minimums are subject to individual manufacturer policies.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Stock orders will be shipped from the respective DON Distribution Center. Your DON Direct Representative will inform you of your specific delivery schedule. Based on the location, actual deliveries will be made as follows: • DON Trucks • DON contract carriers • UPS or other package delivery services • Common Carrier
