As President of Social SafeGuard he has been a catalyst for determining the company’s strategic direction and for forging critical rela- tionships with customers in the heavily regulated industry segments who are looking to build and secure their social networks. He is also responsible for customer relationships and results. Prior to founding Social SafeGuard, Mr. Zuffoletti was a founder of OpenQ, Inc. and FreeMarkets, Inc., a pioneering e-business company. While at FreeMarkets, Jim served in a number of senior leadership capacities including sales leadership and general management. Before FreeMarkets, Mr. Zuffoletti started his career at GE in a vari- ety of positions in finance and business development. Mr. Zuffoletti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College and holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Kris Hagerman joined Sophos in 2012 as CEO. He is responsible for all aspects of Sophos’ strategic direction and business opera- tions. Prior to Sophos, Kris was CEO of Corel Corporation. Previously, Kris served as group president, data center management at Symantec, where he led a business of more than $1.5 billion that represented nearly 30% of Symantec’s global revenue. Kris was EVP and GM, storage and server management at Veritas Software. During his tenure, the company grew from $1.0 billion in reve- nue to more than $2.0 billion, prior to its acquisition by Symantec. Kris was also founder and CEO of BigBook and founder and CEO of Affinia. Kris also held positions at Silicon Graphics and McKinsey & Company. Kris has a bachelor’s degree in Russian and eco- nomics from Dartmouth College, an M.Phil. in international relations from Cambridge University, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
