As the President and CEO of ThreatQuotient, John Czupak drives the company’s global expansion and manages financial growth. John has played a critical role in multiple companies that resulted in successful liquidity events. Prior to ThreatQuotient he served as General Manager for Cisco Systems’ Advanced Malware Protection (“FireAMP”) product line following its $2.7 billion acquisition of Sourcefire, Inc. John served in a number of additional roles during his 12-year career at Sourcefire, including Senior Vice President, Corporate and Business Development, General Manager FireAMP and Senior Vice President, International & Business Develop- ment. Before Sourcefire, John was the SVP of Worldwide Sales for Mountain Wave, Inc., which was acquired by Symantec Corpora- tion in July of 2002. Prior to Mountain Wave, John was the Vice President of Worldwide Channels for Riverbed Technologies, a lead- er in mobile and wireless computing.

Tom Byrnes, the Chairman, founder and CTO of ThreatSTOP, is a long-standing member of the global cybersecurity community. He served in the U.S. Army for 13 years, ultimately joining the seminal tactical networking group. In the private sector Byrnes’ work start- ed with designing and building large-scale global networks, and ultimately providing technical advice and leadership for a number of successful startups including iPivot (acq Intel, 1999), Preventsys, Breach Security, Netsift, and specifying and evangelizing security products at Radware (NASDAQ:RDWR). Byrnes holds two patents in network security using DNS, and is credited as the inventor on two additional patent applications.

Tom Martin serves as TITUS' Chief Financial Officer (CFO) overseeing Corporate Governance and Performance Measurement, Strategic & Financial Planning, Finance and Administration, Sales Operations and People Services. Tom is a seasoned senior finan- cial executive with over 25 years’ experience, having held CFO positions in various technology companies including 360pi and Pro- tus. Tom oversaw the sale of Protus to J2 Global Communications Inc. the largest Canadian venture capital-backed exit in 2010. Tom also served as a Director of Financial Planning and Systems at EDC and was a Principal and Vice President at PwC. Tom is a Chartered Professional Accountant, and spent over eleven years of his accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Tom is an alumnus of the University of Waterloo.
