Jon Guido, Chief Operating Officer, Founding Partner, AGC Partners

Jon is a partner in the investment banking group of AGC Partners, with a focus on digital media, Internet, tech-enabled services and communications sectors. In his 15 years as an investment banker, Jon has completed nearly 75 strategic and financing transactions with leading technology companies and inves- tors such as ACS, Cisco Systems, ConstantContact, eBay, IAC, Tekelec, Zynga, 3Com, Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, and The Carlyle Group. Jon helped launch AGC Partners in February of 2003, coordi- nating the infrastructure build, capital raise and recruiting effort. As COO for AGC, Jon works with the Founding Partners to develop and implement the firm's financial, operational and business development strategies. Prior to joining AGC, Jon worked in SG Cowen's Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Jon re- ceived a BA with honors from Colgate University.

Andrew Boyd, Head of Global Equity Capital Markets, Fidelity Investments

Andrew is head of Global Equity Capital Markets at Fidelity. In this role, Andy is responsible for sourcing specialized investment opportunities in the public equity markets and leading the private equity invest- ments across Fidelity’s mutual funds. Prior to assuming his current position, Andy served as Managing Director, Special Situations at Fidelity, where he managed equity and debt capital market transactions, private equity investments and workouts/restructurings for the High Income group. Before joining Fidelity in 2004, Andy was an attorney in the Corporate department at Goodwin Procter LLP from 1999 to 2004 and a partner at Davies Ward LLP from 1995 to 1999. He received his BA from the University of Toronto in Commerce and Economics and a LLB, Law from Windsor University.

Alliott Cole, Investment Director, Octopus Ventures

Alliott is an Investment Director at Octopus Ventures where he has worked since March 2008. Prior to his current position, Alliott was a Corporate Lawyer for Ashurst. Alliott currently serves as a Director at Big Health, Secret Escapes, and Conversocial and previously served at grace.com, Antidote.me, United King- dom British Business Angel Association, Rangespan, and Mi-Pay. Alliott holds a MA in Classics, Ancient History, Philosophy and Literature from the University of Oxford and a JD from BPP Law School.

Sam Fort, Partner, DFJ Growth

Sam joined DFJ in 2010, and has been actively involved with the firm's investments in Avant, Chef, Cylance, DataStax, Formlabs, Renovate America, SimpliVity, Sisense, Ping Identity (Vista Equity), Tumblr (Yahoo!), and Yammer (Microsoft). His areas of interest include enterprise applications, financial technol- ogy, consumer marketplaces, and products leveraging advancements in AI. Before he joined DFJ, Sam worked with TPG Capital's technology team in San Francisco, where he fo- cused on identifying and investing in late-stage technology businesses. Previously, Sam worked in Mor- gan Stanley’s TMT group. He received BSE and BA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied electrical engineering and economics, and an MBA from Stanford University. John is the managing Director and Co-Head of Technology at TA Associates where he has worked since August 1997. John focuses on investments in internet and software companies. Prior to his current posi- tion, John was a Financial Analyst in the Information Services Group at Roberson Stephens. John cur- rently serves on the Boards of Amann Girrbach, AVG, Bigpoint, and Flashtalking and previously served on the Boards of StorageCraft Technology, Fotolia, eCircle, Globeop Financial, Openlink Financial, Mono- type, Creditex, and SmartStream Technologies.
