Tim is CAO at AGC Partners. Prior to joining AGC, he held leadership positions at several investment firms both big and small. A Managing Director at Citigroup and then Morgan Stanley, he spent 20 years running business units or building new product platforms. He served as Head of European Equity Strate- gy in London, Head of Middle Market Institutional Sales in New York, and Head of EMEA Private Equity/ Alternative Investment Sales in Geneva and London. Four years ago, Tim left the bulge bracket world to join Longbow Research LLC, an equity research boutique where he served as Director of Research and Sales. Tim received his BA from Trinity College.

Roberto is the Chief Executive Officer of Martha & Marley Spoon USA where he has worked since Sep- tember 2015. Prior to joining Marley Spoon, Mastrigli served at AlixPartners as a Vice President from 2009 to 2013 and as a Director from 2013 to August 2015. Previosuly, Roberto was an Engagement Man- ager at McKinsey and a Product Manager at Procter & Gamble. Mastrigli received an MS in Chemistry and Engineering from the University of Bologna and an MBA in Management and Finance from the Sloan School of Business at M.I.T.
Patrick Smith, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, MyPowerSupply
Patrick is the Chief Executive Officer of MyPowerSupply, which he founded in 2011. Prior to MyPow- erSupply, Patrick served as the Vice President of Product Development at ServiceMagic from 2009 to 2011, and the Chief Operating Officer of Market Hardware from 2002 to 2011. Previously, Patrick was a Software Practice Lead at the Adrenaline Group.
Mike Wystrach, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, Freshly
Mike is the Chief Executive Officer of Freshly, which he co-founded in 2012. Mike also serves as an Advi- sor to the People’s Movement. Prior to Freshly, Wystrach was a Partner at DW Enterprises and a Partner at Lanai Properties, responsible for Acquisitions, Construction, and Property Management. Wystrach be- gan his career on the Equities Sales Desk at Thomas Weisel Partners. Wystrach received a BS in Fi- nance from the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona.
Adam Zbar, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, Sun Basket
Adam is the Chief Executive Officer of Sun Basket, which he co-founded in 2014. Previously, Adam served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tap11, a real time social analytics platform and the Chief Execu- tive Officer of Zannel, a multi-media microblogging service serving millions of users worldwide. Prior to Zannel, Adam served as a Management Consultant at Disney & Infospace Mobile, a Vice President of North American Distribution at WorldRes, a Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Agency.com., and a Management Consultant at J. Griffin & Associates. Adam began his career as a Man- agement Consultant at McKinsey. Adam received a BA in Economics from Ponoma College and an MFA in Film Production from UCLA.
