Entelo provides cloud-based recruiting software. The Company offers inbound recruiting products, such as ATS Search Plus, a search engine that performs a deep search within ATS, including the contents of resumes and cover letters; resurfaces previous candidates who can be re-engaged for current openings; narrows down to specific skills, job titles, com- panies, and locations; searches for candidates across various jobs or limit them to a particu- lar job; and perform searches either within Entelo Stack, or ATS via a browser extension. Entelo also provides outbound recruiting products, including Entelo Diversity, an algorithm that lets users find candidates from underrepresented groups based on gender, ethnicity, and veteran status; and Entelo Track that gives recruiters the data-driven email performance. The company has a strategic partnership with TalentWise. Entelo was founded in 2010.

Jon has a Master’s in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Business from The University of Minnesota.

Frank is the Chief Executive Officer of EPAY Systems. Under his leadership, EPAY has quickly become one of the leading cloud based time and attendance providers for employers with a distributed workforce. Since joining EPAY in 2009, Frank has continued his 20+ year track record of successfully executing transformation strategies for technology companies, leading EPAY into double-digit revenue growth in his first year alone. Prior to joining EPAY, Frank served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CIMCO Communications, Frank also served as Vice President of Sales for CareerBuilder.com and ePredix, a global provider of soft- ware assessment tools. Frank earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Elmhurst College and his Masters of Business Admin- istration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

eScholar develops educational data management and educational data warehousing solu- tions. The Company offers EDEN Solution, a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software workflow tool that reduces the burden on state education agencies by simplifying the EDEN data submission process. Its products also include Complete Data Warehouse for PK-12, a COTS software product designed to support Pre-K to 12th grade education data require- ments; and Complete Data Warehouse for Postsecondary, a software product that enables state education agencies to gather, integrate, and manage key postsecondary education- related data from various operational systems and data sources. The Company also pro- vides adequate yearly progress, implementation, and consulting services. eScholar serves federal, state, and local education agencies; and districts in the United States.

Shawn founded eScholar to harness the power of data to help students succeed. Being one of the pioneers of the Data Science in- dustry, Shawn quickly recognized there were untapped opportunities to use comprehensive data to help students. eScholar is proud of the role we played in bringing the use of education data from an idea in 1997 to powerful practice today. After graduate school, Shawn was a leader in the emerging practice of data science, first at Procter and Gamble, then applied those techniques for better supporting customers to many other fields before focusing exclusively on education starting in 1997. Shawn grew up on a farm in Kentucky and experienced how a unique and personalized education could make it possible to achieve big goals.
