Bryan Mistele is the Co-founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of INRIX, a leading provider of real-time traffic information, con- nected car services and analytics. INRIX is at the forefront of connecting cars to smarter cities and serves more than 350 blue-chip customers in more than 40 countries around the world. Prior to INRIX, Mistele was an executive at Microsoft, responsible for building and managing four businesses, including Microsoft’s Automotive, Mobile Services, Real Estate and Personal Finance/Investing busi- ness units. Prior to Microsoft, Mistele worked at the Ford Motor Company. Bryan currently serves on the board of the Discovery Insti- tute, a leading think-tank in the Pacific Northwest. Bryan holds a B.S. in computer engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jim Lightsey has been navigating the financials of IPOs, acquisitions, and transformative growth for over 20 years. At InsideView, Jim leads strategic planning, financial management, business operations/analytics, accounting, and human resources. Jim came to In- sideView from Crimson Consulting Group, where he was Managing Director of marketing strategy engagements, managing relation- ships with key technology clients such as Google, Kaiser Permanente, and Microsoft. Previously, Jim was founder and CEO of emindhealth, a SaaS healthcare company. He was also Director of Corporate Development for SpringStreet, where he played a key role in the acquisition by, and subsequent IPO of, Homestore. Jim is a CPA and holds a BA in Economics from the UC, Santa Barba- ra and an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.

His background includes an SMB consultancy he founded as well as corporate development at Salesforce.com. Fred has a B.A. from Tufts and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
