Company Representative: Osama Bedier, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Osama founded Poynt on the belief that payments should be more efficient and transparent for both merchants and consumers. His experience as Vice President of Payments at Google and Head of Google Wallet, running product and engineering at PayPal, and various leadership roles at eBay, Gateway Computers and AT&T Wireless Avenue gave him the foundation of knowledge necessary to take on the reinvention of the payments landscape. With the adoption of the Poynt Smart Terminal, Osama believes that there is an opportunity for distributors to provide their merchants with next-gen payment tools to help drive ROI and grow their businesses, as well as an open platform for innovation in the payment ecosystem for distributors, processors, gateways, and developers.
Presence is a marketplace connecting clinical therapists with pediatric and adolescent spe- cial needs populations. Our mission is to democratize access to life changing care through telemedicine; we currently provide over 4,000 live, online therapy sessions every school day in over 43 states.

Company Representative: Clay Whitehead, Chief Executive Officer
Clay is the Co-Founder, Co-CEO, and chief patient advocate at PresenceLearning. He is also a member of the company’s board of directors. Clay leads the company’s partnership efforts, driving its commitment to ensuring the best care possible for all patients. Clay was inspired to found PresenceLearning in part by his struggle to overcome learning disabilities as a young child. His background spans consulting, successful startups, and venture capital. Clay holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Michel Villemain has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor business. He has been our CEO since he founded the company in 2006. Michel has been Vice President Marketing at FEI, and General Manager of the CD-SEM Business Unit at KLA- Tencor. Michel started his career with Schlumberger (later NPTest), where he served in various technical and managerial capacities over 19 years, in Europe, Texas and California. He has served as General Manager for Schlumberger ATE Europe, Vice President Marketing of the Test Division, and General Manager of the Probe (IDS) Division. Michel graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France, and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Orsay University.
