Mark Lee is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Splashtop, a leader in remote support, access, and collaboration. Prior to Splashtop, Mark was a co-founder and CEO of OSA Technologies. Founded in 2000, OSA raised a total of $20M from Intel, Dell, Quanta, Foxconn, UMC, Storm Ventures, Sycamore Ventures, and others. The company had operations in San Jose, Shanghai and Taipei. OSA was acquired by Avocent in 2004 for $100M. Mark continued to serve as Senior VP of Avocent until June of 2006. Prior to OSA, Mark spent over 7 years at Intel. Mark received his MS and BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and executive MBA from ASU.

Company Representative: Monte Zweben, Chief Executive Officer

A technology industry veteran, Monte’s early career was spent with the NASA Ames Research Center as the Deputy Chief of the Arti- ficial Intelligence Branch, where he won the prestigious Space Act Award for his work on the Space Shuttle program. Monte then founded and was CEO of Red Pepper Software, a leading supply chain optimization company, which merged in 1996 with Peo- pleSoft, where he was VP and General Manager, Manufacturing Business Unit. In 1998, Monte was the founder and CEO of Blue Martini Software. Blue Martini went public on NASDAQ in one of the most successful IPOs of 2000, and is now part of JDA. Following Blue Martini, he was the chairman of SeeSaw Networks, a digital, place-based media company. Monte is also the co-author of Intelli- gent Scheduling and has published articles in the Harvard Business Review. Zweben currently serves as Chairman of Rocket Fuel Inc. as well as on the Dean’s Advisory Board for Carnegie-Mellon’s School of Computer Science.

Gil Dudkiewicz, is the co-founder and CEO of StartApp. Gil is a serial entrepreneur. He was the Entrepreneur In Residence at the Cedar Fund. Prior to this, he was the CEO of SweetIM, which he joined as a pre revenue company with 5 employees and led them to be very profitable, and winning the Technology Rising Star Award by D&T Fast 50 Competition during his tenure. SweetIM was ac- quired by Perion Network (NASDAQ: PERI) on November 2012 for $41 Million. He was also founder and CEO of MyDTV/MeeVee a personalized TV Guide and TV search. Gil is a member of the board of directors of the IAB Mobile Center, he holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and a B.Sc. in Engineering from the Technion, he lives in NYC with his wife and kids.
