Naeem Raza is Chief Executive Officer of Sunflower Systems. He founded the company in 1992 after holding various technical and management positions at Oracle Corporation and McDonnell Douglas. He brings experience in a variety of industries including tele- communications, health care management, multi-media service delivery, internet applications, customer information systems, credit card transaction processing and public utilities. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of contracting with US Federal Government. Raza holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Management and Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology, where he also taught management, economics, computer science and marketing courses. In addition he holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Syncplicity is a cloud-based file sharing and collaboration solution for businesses and individ- uals. The Company’s solution enables users to access to documents, files, and shared fold- ers, as well as to publish files to large groups of people, send large files and replace FTP, protect documents in real-time, and securely access enterprise content; and provides securi- ty, policies and controls, administration, storage and deployment, integration, and reporting features to IT teams. The Company serves energy, financial services, life sciences, public sector, healthcare, and education customers. Syncplicity was founded in 2007 and is based in Santa Clara, California.

Company Representative: Jonathan Huberman, President and Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO, Jonathan Huberman is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving long-term growth strate- gy. Prior to joining Syncplicity, Huberman served as President and CEO of Tiburon, Inc., a leading software provider for the public safety industry. He previously was a Managing Director at the Gores Group. Prior to joining Gores, Huberman was President of the Consumer and Small Business Products Division at EMC Corporation. Prior, Huberman was the CEO of Iomega Corporation and continued his responsibilities following EMCs acquisition of Iomega in 2008. He also served as Special Advisor to the Director of DARPA. Huberman graduated with a B.A. in Computer Science from Princeton University, and received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Talix provides Software-as-a-Service based patient data analytics solutions that enable healthcare provider organizations, health plans, and accountable care organizations. Talix provides patient risk management solutions to help healthcare organizations address the challenges of value-based healthcare and risk-based contracts. Its SaaS applications lever- age patient data analytics to turn structured and unstructured health data into actionable insights that drive improved risk adjustment, better patient outcomes and reduced costs.

Company Representative: Dean Stephens, Chief Executive Officer

Dean Stephens, CEO, Talix Dean Stephens has three decades of healthcare industry experience, with the majority of the time as an entrepreneur in consumer health media and advanced unstructured healthcare text analysis. He is currently the CEO of Talix, a pa- tient data analytics company bringing SaaS applications to the quickly emerging value-based care marketplace. Prior to Talix, Dean successfully built and led Healthline Media to become one of the world’s fastest-growing consumer health information websites (now owned by Summit Partners). Before that, he served as a partner at Deloitte Consulting, where his clients spanned the entire healthcare industry. Dean holds degrees from Dartmouth College and the University of Washington.
