He has served as the CEO of TM Software, a company with 450 employees and $40M annual revenues globally. Prior to Tempo, Agust was the CEO at Skyggnir and Trackwell. Agust began his career as an Area Manager at Navision Software. He earned a B.S in Me- chanical Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Aalborg University.

Victor Wong is the CEO of Thunder, a pioneer in the programmatic creative industry. A guiding force in the company's creative man- agement platform vision, he also served as the Interactive Advertising Bureau local committee co-chairman in 2010 and co-authored the IAB Local Targeting Guide. He has been recognized as Forbes 30 under 30 and AdAge 40 under 40. Prior to Thunder, Victor served as the Director of Finance for Elmseed Enterprise Fund, a not-for-profit microfinance institution. Victor holds a BA in Econom- ics from Yale University.

Tom Martin serves as TITUS' Chief Financial Officer. Tom is a seasoned senior financial executive with over 25 years’ experience, having held CFO positions in various technology companies including 360pi and Protus. Tom oversaw the sale of Protus to J2 Global Communications Inc. the largest Canadian venture capital-backed exit in 2010. Tom also served as a Director of Financial Planning and Systems at EDC and was a Principal and Vice President at PwC. Tom is an alumnus of the University of Waterloo.
