Eric is a Partner at AGC Partners, where he specializes in cybersecurity M&A and debt and equity fi- nancings. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry focusing on strategic advi- sory and early-stage equity investing. Prior to joining AGC as a Principal in 2013, Eric was a Vice Presi- dent in Citigroup’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Infrastructure & Energy Finance groups. He also previously worked as a Vice President of Project Finance and Investments at eleQtra, Inc., an emerging markets infrastructure development and investment fund. Eric holds a MALD with a concentration in International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a B.A. in Political Science from Middlebury College. Scott works as the CEO of ProtectWise, where he is responsible for the vision, strategy and leadership of the Firm. Prior to founding ProtectWise, Scott was Chief Technology Officer at McAfee’s Content & Cloud Security Division, where he was responsible for the vision and growth of the email and web security and data loss prevention products. He joined McAfee upon its acquisition of MX Logic, an email and web cloud defense company, where he was Co-Founder and CTO. In 1995, Scott co-founded USA.NET, serv- ing as CTO where he is credited with creating the first Web-based email service which grew to over 33 million users. In 1993, he created and moderated BugTraq, the security industry’s first full-disclosure soft- ware vulnerability alerting service that was acquired by Symantec in 2002. Scott received his B.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of Houston. Oliver is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phantom. Friedrichs previously founded Immunet, ac- quired by Sourcefire in 2010 and a key component to Cisco’s $2.7 billion acquisition of Sourcefire in 2013; now thriving as Cisco’s Advanced Malware Protection business. Friedrichs co-founded SecurityFocus (Bugtraq) and led DeepSight, the world’s first Internet early warning system, acquired by Symantec in 2002. He also co-founded Secure Networks and led Ballista (CyberCop), one of the industry’s first vulner- ability management solutions, acquired by McAfee in 1998. Friedrichs architected and developed SNIP- ER, acquired by Core Security Technologies and further developed into CORE IMPACT. He is the co- author of three security books and recipient of eight patents. Slavik has worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Demisto, a collaborative and automated security oper- ations platform, since its incorporation in 2015. Slavik is a serial entrepreneur, specializing in cyber securi- ty, databases, and scalable software. Prior to founding Demisto, Slavik worked as a Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Database Security at McAfee from 2011 to 2015. Slavik also worked at Sen- trigo and db@net. From 1996 to 2005, Slavik was a Team Leader in the IDF. Slavik received a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Vivek has worked as the Chief Executive Officer of RSAM—a risk and compliance solutions provider— since its incorporation in 2003. Since then he has grown the company from a few committed employees to a thriving business serving FORTUNE 1000 customers. Under his leadership the company has been named a leader in IT risk and compliance by industry analysts. Prior to Rsam, Vivek was COO of eB Net- works and held management and consulting positions at Cap Gemini. Vivek holds Bachelor’s and Mas- ter’s degrees in electrical engineering and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business. He is C.I.S.S.P. certified. Grady is the Chief Technology Officer at FireEye. Prior to joining FireEye/Mandiant, Summers was a Prin- cipal in Ernst & Young’s information security practice. Before E&Y, Summers was the global CISO at General Electric. Summers has consulted with dozens of Fortune 500 companies, specializing in govern- ance, program management and SOC/CIRT development. Grady received a BS in Business and Comput- er Systems from Grove City College and an MBA from Columbia University.
