Josh Corman leads the Cyber Statecraft Initiative as Director of the Atlantic Council—a nonprofit initiative that works with Fortune 500 companies, governments, and other stakeholders to promote thought leadership in cyber statecraft. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council in 2016, Josh worked as the Chief Technology Officer of Sonatype. Prior to joining Sonatype, Josh worked at Akamai Technologies, the 451 Group, and IBM Internet Security Systems. Josh earned his BA in Philosophy from the University of New Hampshire.

Ed Bellis, Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer, Kenna Security

Ed Bellis currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Kenna Security, an automated risk and vulnerability intel- ligence platform. Ed created Kenna Security after serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Orbitz from 2004 to 2010. In total, Ed has acquired over 20 years of information security experience including a post as Vice President of Corporate Information Security at Bank of America and as a Senior Manager at Ernst and Young.

Ben Bernstein, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Offcer, Twistlock

Ben co-founded Twistlock, Inc. in 2015, and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Ben has 14 years of expe- rience in the enterprise security and operating systems fields. Prior to founding Twistlock, Ben worked as a Kernel Developer and Project Manager at Microsoft from 2001 to 2015. Ben also served in the Israeli Intelligence Corps. He has a BA cum laude in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel. Stephan Chennette is currently the CEO of AttackIQ, Inc. and has served in this capacity for three years. Stephan and his team develop, innovate and analyze adversarial modeling and automated security control validation to create real-world test scenarios that allow customers to make informed security decisions. Previously, Stephan was a Direc- tor of Research and Development at IOActive, Inc. where he conducted ongoing research to support internal and ex- ternal security initiatives. Previously, Stephan spent a total of 6 years at Websense—now known as Forcepoint— working as a Senior Security Researcher, Manager of Security Research and Labs, and as Principal Research Scien- tist of Security Labs. Stephan also spent four years working within the Research and Product Development division of eEye Digital Security. Stephan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science in 2001. Andrew Peterson serves as Founder & CEO of Signal Sciences Corp where he leads the deployment of security solu- tions to corporate clients. Prior to founding Signal Sciences, Andrew worked as a Product Manager at Etsy, a Health Information Management Officer at the Clinton Foundation, and a Senior Product Specialist at Google. While at Google, Andrew led teams responsible for a $100 million annual revenue book of business. Andrew obtained his BA in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University. Lou Shipley has worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Black Duck Software since 2013 and brings over 25 years of experience as an enterprise software executive. He is a veteran of five Massachusetts software startups: Avid, WebLine (Cisco), FairMarket (eBay), Reflectent (Citrix) and VMTurbo. Lou was President and CEO of VMTurbo, Inc., and Reflectent Software (acquired by Citrix Systems in 2006), both of which served the enterprise and financial ser- vices industries. After the Reflectent acquisition, Lou served as General Manager of the Citrix Management Systems group, and then took on the role of General Manager of the Citrix Virtualization and Cloud Products Group. Before Citrix, Lou served as Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for WebLine Communications, a customer contact center software company acquired by Cisco Systems in 1999 for $325 million. Before WebLine, Lou served as Vice President of Americas and Pacific operations at Avid Technology. Lou also founded and served as President of Avid Japan KK. Lou serves as Chairman of the Board of Customer Gauge and is an advisor to Rekener. He holds a BA in economics from Trinity College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Karim Toubba currently serves as CEO of Kenna Security, an automated risk and vulnerability intelligence platform. Karim was most recently the Vice President of Global Security Channels at Juniper Networks, a billion dollar security business, where he led product management, strategy, and technical marketing. Before that, he served as Vice Presi- dent of Products and Strategy for SBU at Juniper, a billion dollar security business, where he lead product manage- ment, strategy, and technical marketing and drove the turnaround of the Juniper security business. Before joining Juniper Networks, Karim held senior level positions at Atempo, RedSeal Systems, and Ingrian Networks. Karim earned a BS in Environmental Science from the University of California – Davis.
