Gray Hall joined Alert Logic as CEO in 2009. Prior to that, he served as a co-founder and CEO of VeriCenter, a managed hosting provider he launched in 1999 and grew to $80 million in annual revenue until its sale to SunGard Data Systems in 2007. After VeriCenter, Gray served as Executive-in-Residence at Fidelity Equity Partners, a $500 million middle-market buyout fund backed by Fidelity Investments. Earlier in his career Hall spent seven years at IBM, where he led the formation and launch of IBM’s Center for Scalable Computing Solutions in 1994, and several years in the venture capital industry. He holds a Bachelor's of science degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Austin - Texas.

Company Representative: Andy Johnson, SVP Corporate Development

Andy Johnson leads business development initiatives and technology partnerships for AlienVault. He is an experienced Corporate and Business Development executive with over 20 years experience in technology markets. Before joining AlienVault, he was VP, Corporate Development at HP responsible for executing M&A, divestures, and integration. Prior to HP, Andy was VP, Corporate and Business Development at Brocade, where he led M&A, equity investments, and strategic alliances. His other experience includes The Boston Consulting Group. Andy started his career at Unisys in software development. He holds a BS Computer Science from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Stanford University.

Company Representative: Hugh Njemanze, Chief Executive Officer

Hugh has an illustrious 30-year career in the enterprise software industry. Hugh co-founded ArcSight in 2000 and served as CTO as well as Executive Vice President of Research and Development. He led product development, information technology deployment, and product research at ArcSight, and expanded these responsibilities to lead all engineering and R&D efforts for HP’s Enterprise Security Products group. Hugh was recently an advisor and entrepreneur at investment firm, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB). Prior to joining ArcSight, Hugh worked as the CTO at Verity, where he led product development, and before that he was at Apple in software engineering, where he was one of the key architects behind the Data Access Language (DAL). Hugh is a CISSP and holds a B.S. from Purdue University. He was also honored with the Northern California Ernst & Young LLP Entrepreneur of The Year award in 2010.
