Van Ryder If you are looking for panoramic skyline views of Salt Lake City’s incredible Wasatch mountains with a laid-back vibe and inventive cocktails, head over to Van Ryder. This chic, Western-inspired rooftop bar is located at the top of the Le Meridien hotel and is a perfect place to catch a sunset and have a cozy and relaxing evening around firepits with your fellow collabs. Green Pig Pub This dive bar offers visitors a classic sports-bar experience with plenty of TVs, a huge bar, and a casual atmosphere. Having won many awards for its beers, this brewpub offers 10 rotating draft beers daily, plus a wide selection of bottled brews produced on-site. Great for groups or solo diners, this spot is lively but not rowdy and has a menu beyond your normal pub standards.
