Campaign Vision and Plans Recommendations • Refine the campaign vision in partnership with University School/Unit partners. Host Leadership visioning workshops with each school/unit (deans, faculty, devo director, etc). Each school/unit vision should be built to roll up into overarching campaign (President’s) vision. • Develop school/unit wish list and draft supporting budget expense projections based on its campaign vision. Ultimately, these projections will roll up into the final campaign goals, so it is important to be thoughtful and thorough. • Develop draft school/unit case statements for vision and wish list items. These will serve as the foundational documents for all vision-related communications with stake holders, partners, prospects, and donors. • Once draft budget and case work is complete , these documents will be used to determine interest, validity and resonance with stakeholders and prospects through a full feasibility study.
